South Bay is Dorchester’s first mixed-use meeting area, and it will determine the heritage of Boston’s largest and most diverse neighborhood for future generations. EDENS’ selected mix of national merchants and unique boutiques, chef-driven eateries, rising businesses, and local friends reflects the area’s distinct personality and adapts to shifting activity throughout the day. EDENS and local blacksmiths, mural painters, carpenters, and metal artisans collaborated to design and curate South Bay, resulting in a canvas that is anchored and representative of the local community.
