Just over a year ago, this edgy pub is nestled in the iconic Star Engraving Company building and has already established itself as one of Houston’s most popular hangouts.
The 1930-built structure was constructed in the Spanish Colonial Revival style, giving it the appearance of a genuine urban retreat. Inside, a small bar with 14 seats serves as the focal point of the simple room, which also features lounge seating throughout, an exceptional cocktail menu, and a condensed but well-chosen wine selection.
Dress to impress and get into the mood with a French red, a Ruby cocktail kissed with rosemary and grapefruit, or a Persian Cowboy shot made in-house and topped with Persian key lime juice and zest.
