Despite being a great many places to eat and drink, Anchor Bar is worth a visit.
From the outside, it appears innocuous, with its small entrance overshadowed by the large windows and bright lights of the nearby establishments. It’s easy to overlook, but now that you’re aware of its presence, poke your head in to see if it’s your scene.
It has a British pub feel to it, with TV screens showing sporting events, green paneled walls, and English classic rock playing. If you stay long enough, the pub may transform into a club, with tables and chairs being pushed aside and anyone still standing dancing the rest of the night away.
Try the European beers on tap, as well as the house specials and classic cocktails.
