BIKINI BERLIN is a new proposal for a listed building complex adjacent to Berlin Zoo: an oasis in the middle of the city, an urban hub and social universe that is critical to the City West’s transformation and prosperity.
Where architecture meets oooh, history meets aaaah, culinary pleasures meet mmmh, and tourists come not only to shop, but also to practice the forgotten art of strolling while immersing themselves in the concept shopping mall’s historic past and current design.
The Bikinihaus building’s showpiece is the 7,000 m² publicly accessible rooftop terrace, the BIKINI BERLIN Shopping Garden, which is inspired by New York’s Highline Park and gives amazing views into the neighboring zoo. The third through sixth floors include exclusive office spaces.
