Steve and Bill opened the doors on July 1, 1991. Despite various changes since then, the Boot Rack remains a location to meet and create friends.

We are a tiny Beer & Wine Bar on Jacksonville’s Westside. The most welcoming bar, with the kindest patrons and staff.
