Boulud Sud is Chef Daniel Boulud’s colorful celebration of the sun and water. The menu draws inspiration from the coastal Mediterranean, which includes France’s Côte d’Azur, Spain, Italy, Greece, Morocco, Tunisia, Lebanon, Israel, and Turkey, and emphasizes regional flavors with an abundance of fresh vegetables, fish, grains, and herbs.

The restaurant uses jewel tones and soft materials to create a relaxed and casual feel. The restaurant serves seasonal dishes, wine-paired dinners, and experiences in its unique wine cave. The bar/lounge serves food constantly from lunchtime and has a happy hour from 5 to 8 p.m., Sunday through Friday.
