1. Weight Training Zone features a broad collection of workout equipment to pick from, covering all aspects of muscle building, such as Multi 8 Station, Smith Machine, Full Power Rack, and Curve Treadmill, which are difficult to locate.

2. Cardio Exercise Zone on the second level offers Commercial Treadmill, Commercial Elliptical, Commercial Recumbent Bike, Commercial Upright Bike, and Schwinn, Airdyne Bike Commercial for exercising to improve the heart muscles.

3. In-door Class Zone includes Basic Yoga, Zumba, Body Combat, and Aerobic Dance by expert instructors.

4. Out-door Class Zone also provides Performance Functional Training sessions in small groups, such as 6 Pack, Synergy HIIT, and Muay Thai, which are continuous workout techniques that focus on working muscles and joints in every section.
