Gold’s Gym, an international fitness firm, was started in 1965 in Venice Beach, California. Since then, Gold’s Gym has grown into a global brand with almost 700 sites across six continents and 3 million members. Arnold Schwarzenegger, Lou Ferrigno, and Franco Columbu all trained at Gold’s Gym, which has since become the world’s most famous fitness facility.
Gold’s Gym, in addition to its primary business of running exercise facilities, offers merchandise and nutritional supplements. Since 2020, Gold’s Gym has been a part of the RSG Group (Rainer Schaller Global Group), a worldwide fitness and leisure corporation headquartered in Berlin, Germany.
