Bank Atcharawan, our head sommelier/owner, focuses his wine list on Riesling, Champagne, and Chablis. Bank has worked in the Las Vegas food and wine sector for more than 20 years. Bia Hawang Mixologist/Owner has worked in the Food and Beverage Department since 2001. With a culinary family history and experience working in multiple 3 Michelin-starred restaurants. Pimmie and Bon also assist with design, technology, and other tasks to ensure that everything runs well. Both families are working together to produce a great dining experience in cuisine and drinks, as well as a warm and friendly environment. Welcome to Lamaii.
