South Dupont’s Le DeSales restaurant is situated across the street from the famed Mayflower Hotel. When the restaurant reopened in December, Michelin-starred Chef Raphael François teamed up with award-winning Sushi Master Noriaki Yasutake (formerly SEI Restaurant) to serve French and Asian cuisine in a casual, warm, and romantic setting. The restaurant’s menu included a full sushi menu, including its signature Fish and Chips Roll.
The curated wine collection features a broad range of appellations from places as unlikely as Macedonia and Portugal, with a clear emphasis on France, Italy, and California. Providing a range of sake and a variety of Japanese whiskies as well. Large parties, semi-private events, and buyouts can be held at Le DeSales. Weather permitting, there is seating outside.
