Mixtape is a laid-back hangout on Penn Avenue, approximately 3.5 miles northeast of Downtown Pittsburgh. By day, it provides traditional and spiked coffee, while by night, it serves specialty cocktails, artisan beers, and wines.
There are many colorful beanbags and old-school board games for sale, as well as local artworks. The cocktail menu at Mixtape changes seasonally, but staples like Dolores (rosemary-infused vodka, house spiced cranberry-cassis simple, and Jamaica’s Finest ginger beer) and Posh Spice (Faber craft vodka, blackberry puree, grapefruit, house jalapeno-tarragon and peppercorn simple) are always available.
