Since 1976, Quads Gym has been noted for its excellent strength and cardio equipment. Our gym welcomes everyone, whether you are just starting out or have been exercising for years. Our crew wants our clients to be satisfied and will assist them whenever possible. Quads is also not like other gyms that feature spas, tanning beds, and pools; it is simply a place where members come to work out. We sell several vitamins and supplements, as well as protein bars and beverages. Our equipment includes gloves and wrist wraps, jump ropes, lifting belts, knee or elbow sleeves, and much more. Our pro shops also sell t-shirts, hoodies, thermal tops, baseball hats, skull caps, and other apparel.
Quads were first introduced in Thornton, Illinois, in 1976. Years later, we relocated to Calumet City, then to our current location in Chicago, Illinois. Over time, we have replaced outdated equipment with new, enhanced, and sophisticated equipment. We have new protein bars and beverages as well.
