Quintonil (Mexico City, 2012) is the emblem of the gastronomy project managed by Alejandra Flores and Jorge Vallejo, whose goal is to present the tastes of Mexican foods via a personal perspective on their menu.
Quintonil has two Michelin stars and is now ranked seventh among the World’s 50 Best Restaurants.
