With a contemporary touch, Signature Cuts and Shaves is a historic barbershop situated in a setting rich in Washington, DC’s distinct history. Julian Everett, the owner and master barber, founded Signature Cuts and Shaves in the spring of 2016 with the goal of reintroducing traditional barbering services to the community where he was raised. Since then, the store has grown and prospered, integrating into the Shaw/U Street neighborhood and forging close ties with both his customers and the local community.
