We are primarily an LGBTQ community and facility. We are an inclusive yet distinct leader in physical education, boxing, kickboxing, MMA, and functional training, offering great and creative programs that result in demonstrable and transformative changes in the lives of people we serve. We endeavor to welcome all members of our gym and community. All who feel out of place and uneasy at other gyms will feel embraced, inspired, supported, and empowered, regardless of where they are on their personal/physical journey. We leverage our collective strength to help not only our members, but the whole LGBTQ community in significant ways.
