Located in the Castro District, The Academy is in the heart of the gay neighborhood in San Francisco.
The Academy is an inclusive LGBTQ+ social club that works with local companies, nonprofits, and influential community people to provide compelling programs while fostering real social relationships.
The Academy also provides a barbershop, a daytime co-working area called Academy Daylight, and space that can be rented for special events in addition to the social club and its related programs. Additionally, this location features a heated outdoor patio with fire pits, lounge seating, a speakeasy with a full bar, a classy wine bar, as well as gathering spaces for games and activities.
Additionally, they provide workshops, themed evenings, and special events. The Academy respects diversity and is open to individuals from all walks of life.
