The Palomar is a Soho restaurant located in the center of Theatreland. Our menu is inspired by the vibrant cultures of Southern Spain, North Africa, and the Levant.
Our drinks menu complements the restaurant’s cuisine and atmosphere with a carefully curated wine list of present and future icons, as well as a list of cocktails, beers, and spirits, and a painstakingly crafted range of no- and low-alcohol alternatives.
The facility has been created around an open kitchen bar that runs the length of the restaurant, combining indoor and outdoor spaces to create a dynamic, energetic experience that prioritizes warm hospitality and guest experience.
