Xochi (so-chee), derived from Xochitl, the Goddess of Flowers, and meaning to bloom or catch fire, is a collaborative effort between award-winning Chef Hugo Ortega and the H Town Restaurant Group team. Xochi celebrates the culinary and indigenous diversity of Oaxaca, Mexico, and its diverse geographic locations, as well as the preservation of primitive practices, via an unequaled menu of Oaxaca-inspired food and drink.
