Zahav brings tastes from Israel’s cultural crossroads to Philadelphia. While Israeli cuisine is constantly evolving, Zahav’s food draws from a rich tradition of Israeli hospitality.
We provide two menu options for guests to enjoy: Al Ha’esh (“Over Fire”), a 4-course tasting menu featuring an expanded selection of charcoal-grilled skewers with Rice Pilaf, and Mesibah, a 4-course tasting menu featuring our signature Pomegranate Lamb Shoulder with Crispy Persian Rice, as well as two additional specialty entrées with rice, such as Whole Dorade in Grape Leaves or Dry-aged Duck.
Both dinners start with Laffa bread cooked in the taboon, which is served alongside Salatim and Hummus-Tehina, and end with award-winning dessert. Guests can drink a cold Lemonanna, a cocktail, or a bottle of boutique Israeli wine.
